Have you ever been in a situation where you needed to contact customer service at Chaturbate or Flirt-4-Free? Last week a reader of the blog sent us an email telling us about a recent situation where a performer scammed him & customer service ignored him. Flirt-4-Free customer service normally does a good job of taking care of members who have been scammed but the same can't be said for Chaturbate. Emails are seemingly ignored or take days or sometimes weeks to get a response if you are lucky enough to get one.

The reader wrote to us telling us about how Russian performer Verdi_Hot (aka Nathaniel W on Flirt-4-Free) gave him a fake cumshot (spit) & admitted to it in a private message when confronted about it. He emailed Chaturbate regarding this situation & received the standard automated message saying please allow up to 72 hours for a response. Situations like this on Flirt-4-Free are responded to promptly with any refunds being issued within an hour of being contacted. Our reader has been waiting for over 10 days now for a response from Chaturbate & says the performer is laughing about it.

I've experienced the same situation as our reader outlined for us a few times but have been told in 'Group Chats' quite often I need more credits to cum after the performer accepted the show. I vividly recall the last time this happened as the performer was a past CGN Model of the Month, his article was deleted from the blog right after this took place.
