Reading through the Flirt-4-Free forum this week I came across a thread about the recent Flirt-4-Free Games & Cory Fox. Irvington, the member who started the thread mentions the term "superstar" which in return lead another member Twixel to ask the question whether he viewed Cory Fox as a "superstar" or not? After reading the exchange of comments above it got me to thinking - how could anyone actually believe that Cory Fox is a "superstar?" Are both Irvington & Twixel unaware of how Cory Fox has attained the level of success he has on the site?

If the sites biggest spender (Oilstud58) hadn't taken a liking to Cory in 2015 he'd likely be just another face on the home page. Instead he quickly became the sites top earning male performer winning every award or contest possible with one single tip each time from OS58. Many members may not be aware of this as the site no longer shows past or current tips from OS58 in Cory's "gifts" list. Without OS58 there would be no 2015 FOTY, no HOF records, & no Top 20 ranking. It also sucks the life out of contests like FOTY, FOTM, & other contests as performers tweeted last year "It looks like all remaining contests this year will be bought by a single member." Most didn't even try or put in the extra time they normally would have since it isn't worth their time.
Most performers probably dream of being in Cory's situation, after all who wouldn't like to be greeted by a 100,000 credit tip? Cory may be the nicest guy around, but to call him a superstar with 99% of his earnings coming from one member it is a bit of a stretch. So that leaves the question & the whole point of this piece, what specifically makes a performer a "superstar" & who do you consider a "superstar" in the webcam world?
