Flirt-4-Free Forum Post & 'Friendships' With Camguys

It can be fun visiting camsites meeting & having fun with some of the hottest camguys from across the globe.  It is also important to keep in mind despite the shows being live the camguys are there to earn a few bucks not meet their life partner.  Friendships can be forged but these usually aren't your typical friendships & camsite members need to ensure their expectations reflect this.

A thread in the Flirt-4-Free Male Performer Chat Forum had a few recent posts about a camsite member who apparently didn't manage expectations.  Some parts of the post are difficult to understand such as the "original user of this account" along with what he claims happened to that user, it sounds bad.  The member puts all the blame on the camguy but other posters & members I chatted with believe it is a case of an obsessed member who read too much into a perceived 'friendship'.

I do know the camguy in question & don't recall him being manipulative but camguys do ask for support (tips) which may get a member more attention.  It's also easy to see how how a member could read too much into this attention & forgetting the camguy is there to earn credits or tokens not make actual friends.  What actually happened here is something we'll probably never know, but there are lessons to be learned.

Colombian Camguy Connor Heat Enters Flirt-4-Free Hall Of Fame!

Big Change Coming To A Popular Camsite!

In order to be competitive camsites need to be innovative so they can retain customers & models but also attract new ones too.  Flirt-4-Free has announced a change that will take place on September 18, 2023 that will make the whispering feature available only to VIP's & a camguys fan club members.  Over the last 10+ years many chat rooms on the camsite have appeared empty with no lively chat due to whispering being available to all premium members.  In theory this should alter the chat room experience & help camguys create more of a community feel which will help grow their business.

As of September 18, 2023 the Whisper feature will be made exclusive for VIP Members and Members of your Fan Club.

Flirt-4-Free Member 'Gofish' Is Back In Camsites Forum

Recently one of the biggest twits ever on any adult camsite got into a spat with several members in the Flirt-4-Free Male Performer Forum.  'Gofish' took offense that a post was bumped from 2019 that called out his 'friend' camguy Antonio Giorni for making homophobic comments to camsite members in his chat room.  Antonio left the camsite over this & appeared on Chaturbate from time to time before deciding to give Flirt-4-Free another try in June.  The post was bumped by camsite member 'misterWives' so other camsite members would be aware of this camguy's past history on Flirt-4-Free.  Here are a few screen caps of the comments...

It ends with Gofish trying to blame 'hornysucker1' (created post in 2019) for all of this while stating everyone needs to drop it & move on.  I highly doubt Gofish appreciated the response he received though...

What makes this entire situation strange isn't that Gofish defends his 'friend' Antonio Giorni but he appears to have tried to bury the post.  On August 21st Gofish replied to posts a few months old, one 2 years old, & in a few of these posts he even appears to be replying to his previous comments.  This all took place on August 21 from 1:13 p.m. to 2:55 p.m. with an overview of these 14 posts below...

Perhaps there is some explanation for this but even for Gofish this is strange behavior. Gofish is known for being annoying, never tipping, & attempting to give ethics lessons in the camsites forum but it appears we can now add this to his resume.  The post that is shown below is the one he replied to from 2019, it might be possible that he is trying to compare it to above bumped post which tells me he fails to understand the reason it was bumped in the first place...

Flirt-4-Free Forum Tackles Pets On Webcam

Flirt-4-Free member "irvington" started a forum thread regarding pets in Flirt-4-Free chat rooms.  The camsite has a strict policy there are to be no pets on cam at any given time for any reason & we've seen performers be suspended or fined for violating it.  The punishment for being in violation of this rule should be the same regardless of who the performer is, but "irvington" in describing what he reported says this isn't the case when it comes to Izzi...

According to "irvington" this is not the first time he's taken screen shots of Izzi having his cats in his chat room & reporting him for this.  If accurate this would make Izzi a repeat violator & the camsite should take stern action ensuring this doesn't happen again.  Since this keeps happening it is likely no action was taken previously whereas other performers aren't that lucky.  Should it matter "who" the violator is as to how the camsite handles it?  One of Flirt-4-Free's best male performers used to ask members to contact him on Facebook for offsite shows, it was reported using screen shots but it just kept on happening when others were fired, suspended, or fined for doing the same.

It may just be a cat, but it does violate a policy Flirt-4-Free says they are serious about, tell us below what you think should happen here?

Flirt-4-Free Drama Leads One Camguy to Quit!

On our Cover Page yesterday we let readers know that Brock Cooper a top cam-guy on Flirt-4-Free had quit the camsite.  The reason he quit the camsite was the final results of recent holiday contests including The Big Bang.  Once he decided to return to camming he tweeted that he would be testing out different camsites including CamSoda & Chaturbate while inviting his followers to come see him.

During his first Chaturbate show Brock told his viewers that Flirt-4-Free was a 'shady' site as were some of their performers & members too.  He declined to discuss it further when a viewer asked what happened but a few of his followers shared their feelings about the site.  Based on his comments located to the left, we feel safe in assuming that Izzi is one of those 'shady' performers he was speaking about.

CGN reached out to Brock Cooper on July 20th for a comment on this situation via direct message but has yet to receive a response.  Should we receive one we will update this article.  We were able to find Izzi's response to Mr. Cooper & several of his followers take on the situation which are shown below...

Lifetime Achievement Award at Flirt-4-Free for Vavrin

We'd like to congratulate Flirt-4-Free Performer Vavrin for joining the select group of camguys in the camsites "Lifetime Achievement Category."  Vavrin who is from Slovakia is now 29 years old & recently completed his 11th year as a webcam performer on Flirt-4-Free.  Vavrin joins the likes of Stefano, Leoboy, Conrado, & Max Hughes in earning this award.  He stands 6'0 tall, weighs in at 183 lbs., impressive 9" uncut & thick cock, has light brown hair, blue eyes, & an appealing muscular body.

From my experience with Vavrin he is one of the more friendly performers & is not one to beg for tips like others.  He is a performer who enjoys chatting with his guests & getting to know those who spend time in his room.  I hadn't been in his room for a period of time & he still remembered me asking where I'd been & how I was doing.  If you get a chance stop by his room to congratulate him & get to know him, his private shows are memorable as well!

Update On Camsites Being Blocked In Russia

We want to provide an update to a recent CGN article on the potential blocking of camsites in Russia by the Russian Government.  Enzo Ferari a Russian camguy first made us aware of this possibility in the Flirt-4-Free forum.

CGN has since heard back from both of our contacts in St. Petersburg regarding this situation.  Our first contact from a large studio responded "Yes all would be blocked" when asked if this information was true or not. x Our second source who is the owner of a studio in St. Petersburg tells CGN that the "Government systems aka 'internet censors' has blocked about all webcam sites."  He goes on to say that a "simple VPN will solve this trouble" & believes this is all "shit action original!!!"  He says as a business owner he is "scared that they will make webcam soon prohibited." x The camsites are likely appealing this decision as our last source said the reason provided was "on this sites was children and child porn."  It's all fake he says & doesn't believe this will end up being a big problem, but it is Russia were talking about here so who really knows how this ultimately will end??? xx x x

Russian Government to Block All Camsites?

Russian performer Enzo Ferari recently posted a topic in the Flirt-4-Free "Male Performer Chat" forum which could shake up the webcam industry.  Enzo says the Russian Government is wanting to block the camsite from being viewed from inside the country & offers a possible solution should this take place... 

CGN has reached out to a couple studios that we communicate with regularly in St. Petersburg, Russia to see if there is anything to this claim but we have yet to hear back.  What we do know is that using a VPN inside Russia is illegal as of November 1, 2017 (Reuters) so using one illegally is risky.  CGN has checked the Roskomnadzor website & so far no camsites are listed as being blocked but sites like Pornhub & YouPorn are.  Stay tuned for updates on this situation...
3/14 - We've heard back from one of our contacts inside a St. Petersburg studio - "Yes all would be blocked" was his response about individual camsites.  Nothing more specific was offered.           xxx x x

Flirt-4-Free New VOD Features

Flirt-4-Free will be launching new VOD (Video On Demand) features in the near future.  These new features will benefit most members who take any performer private or use VOD's on the camsite currently.  Below are the new features along with what we know about them so far...

Directors Vault:    Once launched members will be able to earn credits from their recorded private shows.  When your private shows (VOD's) are purchased by other members the camsite will add credits to your (The Directors) account.  Flirt-4-Free has not yet announced how the credits earned are going to be calculated.      x Directors Cut: Members will control which of their screen names will be used as a 'Director' & will be able to track their earnings.
My Collection: Each member will be able to create their own VOD library.  The major change is once a member pays for a VOD it stays in their library & they won't have to pay to watch it again or have a time frame in which to watch it.
Leader Boards: Members will be ranked based on the sales from their private shows.  The more interesting private shows are they will rise to the top & get even more exposure & lead to more credits earned. 

Improved Search Function: Look for a new search page to help find VOD's easier.  The search parameters will include: performer name, VOD title, descriptions, aspect ratio, show length, & category.  Flirt-4-Free is asking members to view selected VOD's for free & provide an accurate title & description - look for the advertisements on the camsite. x Free Monthly Videos: VIP Members in addition to their "dailies" will be able to choose 3 additional VOD's of their liking per month.

Camsite Guidelines or Rules?

Do you know what the exact rules are that members & performers must abide by on camsites?  On Flirt-4-Free it has changed over the last 10 years & based on what we're seeing nobody really knows for sure anymore.  A few forum posts bringing up different points draws differing reactions from members on each.  First we have cell phone usage by performers & long time member "Asti" shares what he thinks, which seems sensible.  However "Twixel" also makes a good point that phones are used to play music by performers.  If a performer uses their phone to talk to their friends they can come across as disinterested & distracted keeping engagement levels low.  I don't think there should be a ban on cell phones, but performers should be conscious of how members feel.  What do you think about use of cell phones overall?  x

Next we have a member who thinks smoking should be banned from the site.  A performer (Daniel Almonte) makes a great point & long time member Asti also brings up some great past (possibly current?) rules.  Not all members are going to like smoking, I'd ask Daniel & other performers if a cigarette is worth losing a paying customer?  Personally I don't care for it & just last week left a private show for this very reason.  I don't however believe that a ban on smoking should take place.  If a performer is part of a physical studio they do need to follow the studios policies as they are indeed employees of that studio as they withhold the appropriate taxes in the country they operate in - it's what makes webcamming legal in many countries.  What do you think about smoking in chat rooms?

Finally we get to the much discussed topic of nudity & performing in open chat. Member "Train_Rex" asks the question & we get an answer direct from Flirt-4-Free below!  So performers aren't to perform in open chat, however they could be naked in open chat but were not to "stroke" is the rule that I recall.  Over the last several evenings browsing the Flirt-4-Free homepage what I found surprised me.  About 90% of performers online were in compliance with the rule stated by 'VsJim.'  Most who weren't were "NEW" performers which isn't too surprising. Not saying this isn't an issue, but after reading all of those forum posts by Gofish on this you'd think 50% are naked & performing in open chat.  Tell us what you think about nudity in open chat in our comments section below...

Stefano & Flirt-4-Free Sign Exclusivity Agreement

Czech Republic based performer Stefano is back in the webcam industry news cycle this week.  Camsite Flirt-4-Free announced on Wednesday that longtime performer Stefano has signed an exclusivity deal with the camsite.  The muscular Stefano also becomes one of the camsites brand ambassadors broadcasting only on Flirt-4-Free & their affiliates.  Stefano began his webcamming career back in 2006 & finishes in the camsites year end top 20 for male performers on a regular basis.  Stefano says "Flirt-4-Free is the best site, especially for guys" & says they are fun to spend time with as they are like family to him after all these years of working together & he is looking forward to his new role with the camsite.

Dylan Green Set A New HOF Record On Flirt-4-Free...

The title of this post should be "Well, That Didn't Last Long."  On September 28th a new Hall of Fame record was set by a camguy on Flirt-4-Free.  Dylan Green a popular Romanian performer set the record for earning the 'Most Credits in a Group Show' with a very impressive 201,631 credits!!!  Flirt-4-Free announced the record had been broken on their Twitter account on September 29th showing off Dylan's new Hall of Fame "plaque" so reach out to him & congratulate him.

Unfortunately for Dylan the paint on his Hall of Fame plaque wasn't even dry before his record was broken!!!  Member Oilstud58 the benefactor of previous record holder Cory Fox must not have liked hearing his record was broken.  A CGN reader sent us a DM the evening of Sept. 29th stating he was in Mr. Fox's room when he started a group chat with a minimum pledge of 2,500 credits & a total goal of 210,000 credits. Not surprisingly Oilstud58 pledged the entire amount before another member joined in too!  Oilstud58 must not have liked this so the show ended quickly before restarting later.  When it was all said & done a new Hall of Fame record was set with 240,000 credits being earned.  

Now we know Oilstud58 won't let his boys fall from their perch for long, we ask this question... Who is the next challenger?  Or in this case perhaps it will take a group of a few hundred challengers working together!!!
