Anyone know what happened with Jed Rock he just disappeared?
ReplyDeleteJed left Monroe Studio quite some time ago & now appears on Chaturbate as "another_jed." He no longer can work on F4F as he isn't affiliated with a studio, CB doesn't have this requirement which is why many Russian models are trying the same tactic.

ReplyDeleteI'll give you a few names... Marcuss Stallion (now on Chaturbate as "muscleboytop") or Chris Carey, he is also on Chaturbate from time to time using a similar but slightly different name. The other name that comes to mind is Hercules X. Hope this is of some help.

ReplyDeleteNot nearly as blatant as it was in 2015. We learned better ways to setup the polls security settings to limit it, as much as possible at least. There were about 4-5 voters that found ways to circumvent the security settings so grouping each of those voters votes together & having the invalid ones omitted was fairly easy. If anyone ever needs to use an online poll try using www.poll-maker.com as it is full of functional features & Martyn continues to make improvements.

In order for Russian models to work on Flirt-4-Free they must be affiliated with a studio. His profile is still active, however its my understanding he quit his studio so there is no affiliation. Many other Russian models are going down this path including Miley May, Demian J, Marcuss Stallion, etc...

Going where they aren't known as well opens up a new customer base potentially so why not try it? I think guys on Flirt-4-Free still enjoy the "career" performers as you say but there are so many new ones with great looks & personalities trying something new is more exciting.

I wouldn't agree "a lot" of models fake cumming. A few current guys I know attempt it & some are better than others at hiding it. I once watched a few different guys VOD's after being alerted about faking, sure enough it was very obvious what they did. I emailed both the guys telling them I watched their VOD & was very disappointed in what they did. Their responses were very different with one guy calling me a "Blind Liar" - after sending him the VOD link & time of the event I never heard back from him. The other guy said he knows its wrong but guys want cum all the time & all models do it to get a show. I told him no, very few do it & they aren't successful nor do they last long. I added I/& most members would have more respect for him/models if they just said "I had just cum can you wait 30 minutes so I can do it for you?" Many performers don't make them available in attempt to protect their identity/being discovered by family or friends. Unfortunately members who purchase a VOD to watch will record it & place it on a tube site. Some performers will also keep VOD's private in attempt to make members take them private instead of watching a show for the fraction of the cost of a live private show.
DeleteIt should be noted that, even if a performer leaves his VODs available, members have the option of making their personal shows with the model private so that only they have access to it.

ReplyDeleteI did see it, was worth a good laugh. There are many times Jake's room would be closed for not having 100 viewers after 30 minutes. He also thinks the site should only allow 100 performers online at a time. Jake's thought process is flawed, he must believe making those changes would increase his viewership/tips. However, look at the number of viewers in rooms on page 2, low numbers & mostly "grey" ones too so it really wouldn't make a difference. He is lazy, he doesn't like the amount of competition on Chaturbate & has said he has to work 10 times harder than he did on Flirt-4-Free. Perhaps if he stayed out of female models rooms & concentrate on his own he'd do better, but instead he worked one recently telling her "you legit have the cutest pussy my god" & "we would make the cutest kids" then going into a password show using the females name as a password telling her he wants to "cum in her mouth..." ReplyDeleteCam guy news guy any thoughts on dave slick knocking up his former porn girlfriend and then bailing? She claims that he has two other kids that he assumes no responsibility for. Kind of selfish for a guy that in one of his recent interviews claims he makes or will be making "6 figures" doing the webcam gig.
I don't follow Dave Slick all that much but did read Shawna Lenee's tweets & comments. Haven't heard Dave say much other than to confirm the unborn child is his - the other 2 aren't Dave's. I wouldn't take all her claims as gospel either as there are two sides to every story. I hope the threats of taking the child if she has it aren't true & Dave himself decides to accept responsibility for his unborn child now & forever. This is for Dave to decide not his friends so once this sinks in I hope it all works out for the best.

I understand what your saying,but just to be clear it is My understanding is that dave is the bio father of two kids from prior relationships that he apparently assumes no responsibility for. The nature of the cam business I take everything they say or write with a grain of salt. I wouldn't doubt that this isn't some sort of ploy just to somehow generate more tokens for both parties involved.
DeleteI did an edit to this response as I misread what you wrote. I did some more reading & IF what Shawna Lenee says is true he has fathered 2 other kids & left them immediately too once he found out, including 2x this year now. I blame them both, she wasn't on birth control & had unprotected sex anyway knowing it was likely she'd get pregnant - her words. This is all one persons words & Dave hasn't shared his side of the story (to my knowledge) other than to say there are two sides to every story.
DeleteYou are right, one should be cautious not to believe everything that a cam model tells them (prime example is Jake Orion) since viewers are their source of income. There are some good ones out there, personally I like the ones who don't share much of their life & keep it all about their performance.

DeleteHas anyone heard/seen of F4F's upcoming VOD feature promotions? It'll feature things such as a Director's Vault where users can earn credits for their VOD, custom libraries of VOD, VIP having access to three videos a month and even a Director's Leaderboard.

Also, as a VIP already, does this mean we're open to more VOD on top of the already featured daily featured VOD? Or just extending its availability from a week to a month?
Is this just a mechanism for F4F to push more VOD purchases? I know they were promoting free videos before.

Also, I think I would prefer just tipping my favorites versus something like Super Votes since they'll earn more credits from it but does this help them go up as well regardless of categories they're in?

Super Votes count only in Viewers Choice category & all Viewers Choice votes count in the Cam Star category except Super Votes. Any credits you give a performer will help their ranking in all contests except Viewers Choice & Cam Star. On the credit levels it appears they eliminated Greenhorn & Freshmen, the amounts may have changed due to this but here is what I have (I'll post the chart when I do a FOTY update):

DeleteGood idea the performers do get more from tips. The first year of "super voting" they didn't get any of the tip as it all went to the prize pool, last year after much criticism they started paying a small portion to the performer.

I am reluctant to sign up due to concerns that my account details (specifically, my name) can be shared with the model or studio. Anyone knowledge about this?
ReplyDeleteModel Centro hosts/operates/builds webcam performer personal websites. Not many males have their own site, although a popular Romanian just opened one I saw. From a privacy standpoint, Model Centro will see all your personal information you provide at sign up, the performer also can have access to this according to their privacy statement. There is no studio involved as it is the individual performers site. I've never joined a site operated by Model Centro but have read about them on XBIZ with it all being positive.
DeleteOther similar sites that are really hot right now are Onlyfans & Manyvids. Not as advanced as a Model Centro site with fewer options. This is a good question you bring up, will do some more research on write an article profiling these sites.

DeleteYes, had some interaction with that page. I think they want to do a good job, but biases likely exist in certain cases. It is easy for anyone, performer or viewer to evaluate the effectiveness of a moderator so regardless of what is written decide for yourself.

DeleteYou will see videos of different lengths & quality on the sites varying by performer. I think most are using cell phones to record videos outside their normal camming space like jerking in a car, flashing in the gym, etc. Most videos are recorded using their webcam like we see when they are on camsites, so nothing different in those cases. I prefer seeing the guys live & interacting with them but have been told by one performer he makes more off Onlyfans than he does on Chaturbate.

ReplyDeleteYes, Hazina, a Russian performer asked her guests to help Izzi who just kept falling further behind Justin Master during the final hours of the contest. Justin who has finished behind Izzi in the last few contests of this sort, said in the past he had made some "strategical" errors but was learning from them & hoped this time would be different. No doubt he'll learn from this & likely create his own strategic alliances going forward :)

Flirt-4-Free bought the Randy Blue Live camsite. They will have about 7 of their past/best models appearing on the sites. Randy Blue has been struggling for years, this new deal is to allow them to go back to shooting porn scenes on a regular basis. I never really followed their camsite as the overwhelming majority of the guys were also found on Flirt-4-Free, which is why it seems like a curious move.

ReplyDeleteIt does appear so. The most likely reason is it can be difficult to get a VISA for non-American performers. Also, if a performer has a criminal record (felony type) they have no chance at a VISA to enter the United States.

I don't know about the accusations... Can share that a few of their top performers have said business has been "slow" for them though. From what I know about Nick's situation, his was different from what is/& has been brought up in the forums. I still hope he is able to come back in 2019 on his own terms as many performers have/or are in his situation.

The rule is animals aren't allowed on camera, if Flirt-4-Free isn't going to enforce their own rule then there isn't a rule, right? Lots of performers have pets, rarely do you see them on camera because they have them in another room or the performer is in another closed door room - simple common sense solution right? Out of that whole thread only one member comes across as an adult, JJinUK. As a Flirt-4-Free ambassador I'd expect much more from Izzi than his rhetoric toward members, there are other mature ways to handle it & of course Gofish will kiss anybody's ass for attention we all know that!

They want you to vote, vote, vote but then don't reveal to fans who won unless you see a winner tweet about it. The Live Cam Awards & LALExpo do this, most of the other ones are live streamed so it is much easier. I'll get it posted once the results are announced.
