Luka Li is surrounded by several recent headlines including Chaturbate hearing it from their performers for their lack of service, unsafe & unproductive conditions at a recent trade show, & continued scam emails attempting to hack accounts. The Adult Webcam Awards (AWA's) appear to be over after their latest stunt, although the owner doesn't appear to have a clue as the spin continues. The Flirt Summit in The Maldives has concluded & the site handed out massive cash prizes with over $500,000 going to male performers alone, makes one wonder about credit prices on the site...

That's insane money Flirt4Free is ripping customers off.
ReplyDeleteI've never been able to get behind CB but, again, this is probably why some of these former names are emerging back onto Flirt.
ReplyDeleteHoly cow! $500,000 on just the guys side alone!? I can only imagine the money the women bring in. I feel more bad for those models who don't have a big following/spenders than users.
As users, we can at least monitor our spending and Flirt has started those hourly discount specials in rooms on top of weekly VIP specials for members. But there are models who literally spend hours every day for just a fraction of Flirt pays out in credits!
Chaturbate has always had stability issues, but it appears to be getting worse & customer support isn't passing on reported issues to development. At the last trade show the setup raised safety concerns with power cords all over & they cut power to the broadcast area pissing off performers. I've never trusted Chaturbate completely which is why I closed my account & am a "grey" now.
DeleteFrom the tweets it was $550,000 in prize money to male performers & female performers were far, far less than that amount based on their tweets. I worked my ass off in college & in my professional life to get where I am at & my bonuses are not even close to what these guys just took in! I always thought webcamming was a good way for these guys to work through college, but what will they put on their resumes when their looks/body start to slide & the real world comes calling after 5-10+ of camming? I plan to cut purchasing credits way back, they are way to expensive if Flirt-4-Free can pay this much money out.
Just a quick note/correction - @FlirtSummit tweeted out misleading information on the prize money & when they re-tweeted corrected information it still wasn't all that clear. The big prize monies were not collected at the summit, it was an award given for cumulative prize money earned during the performers entire time on the camsite.
ReplyDeleteFlirt charges too much on credits and gives away too much on prizes. Prizes seem to wind up going to a select few while most see nothing. Pay the models more of what they earn instead of filtering it all toward the top.
